Work With Us

Dedicated to Protecting Wild Florida

The Florida Wildlife Corridor Foundation is a mission-driven team. We find purpose in our work, knowing we are making a real impact on conservation.
As an organization, we value personal and professional well-being, and that’s led to our growth. That includes our Connected Culture Committee arranging quarterly staff outings like trekking, paddling, and creative team building or self-directed professional development opportunities.

We listen to what our employees need and want by collecting and acting on feedback and by tracking progress for continuous improvement.

Flexibility is a cornerstone, with hybrid work, flexible schedules, a weeklong paid summer break, 15 days of PTO, 11 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, and 2 personal days.

Our leadership is accessible and invested in individual growth. The organization believes when the team thrives, our mission thrives—creating a workplace where passion meets purpose and employees feel empowered to make a lasting difference.

Our Values

Our Core Values are how we exemplify connectivity to the mission, to our partners, and to each other:

Elevating & Celebrating

We have fun advancing the big vision of a completed Corridor and we’re enthusiastic about promoting the wins of all organizations making it happen.

Getting Outside!

We highly encourage everyone to experience the benefits of being outdoors, wherever, however, and as often as possible.

Building Bridges

Our unifying, constructive, and inclusive approach helps us find shared paths to keep Florida wild.

Expanding the tent

We seek diverse input and welcome broad participation so we can listen, understand, and support synergetic activities that protect the Corridor.
Inspiring Action
Our solutions-oriented approach to conservation storytelling creates emotional connection and mobilizes our supporters.

Internship Opportunities

Our paid Internship Program offers hands-on experience in conservation through flexible, part-time roles with our Conservation, Impact Campaigns, Convenings, Communications, and Wild Space Gallery teams.
Interns contribute to Corridor protection, develop key skills, and help advance our mission—all while inspiring real change for Florida’s wild spaces.
